Brad Radke had a better-than-quality start night last night, going 7 innings while giving up 9 hits and just 2 runs. Joe Mauer highlights the Twins’ offense, going 3-for-5 with a double and 2 RBIs. He raised his league-leading average to .367. Read the rest of this entry »

Twins scoreless against Rangers

Scott Baker pitched decent until he the start of the 4th, where, when it was all said and done, he gave up a grand slam and a solo homerun, among other things, to give the Rangers an 8-0 lead. My gut feeling is that he’ll be sent down to AAA, again. It’s not right to send players around so often, like the Twins have done with both Baker and Boof Bonser.
